Owner of Yoga in Cheshire, Ali has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for more than 10 years. Like many people, Ali first came to yoga because of health problems and discovered the benefits a physical practice can have without understanding why she felt so amazing afterwards.
Inspired to learn about the philosophy behind this ancient system of wellbeing, Ali competed her British Wheel 500 hour diploma as well as a Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training course and specialist modules with world renowned teachers.
Having spent 20 years working as a Marketing Director in a fast-paced, commercial environment and experiencing stress & burnout firsthand, she found solace in her Yoga practice and the seasons and cycles of nature.
Founder of Yoga in Cheshire, Tabitha discovered yoga in her late teens, dabbled through her twenties before developing a more disciplined practice in her thirties.
Having discovered a discipline that has helped her through injury and health concerns, Tabitha has spent many years of continuous study, providing insight into the body’s own structure and limitations, leading her to study with the world’s leading teachers in yoga therapy, anatomy and physiology and philosophy.
Tabitha is also a qualified Thai yoga therapy practitioner, nutritionist and hypo therapist counsellor.
Having founded Yoga in Cheshire more than 10 years ago, Tabitha is now mainly found enjoying travelling with her husband and two chihuahuas
