Yoga has been proven to have a number of health benefits for women in pregnancy including reducing high blood pressure, increasing strength and stamina while respecting your growing body and to help to reduce tension and stress. We know how busy life gets with work, looking after other people and trying to fit it all in.


Together with our partners at Cheshire Pregnancy Yoga, classes are available from 2nd and 3rd trimester , learn techniques for anxiety and for birthing, hypnobirthing also available.
